New Work- Monoprints

Women's bodies have been the subject of art for thousands of years. We have been painted and sculpted, drawn and dissected, put on pedestals as goddesses, and treated as sexual objects. In this series of monoprints, I have decided to take back some authority by using my own body, my stretch marks and wrinkles, and proudly showcasing them in my art.
